One peice of advice I would give is to hire a native english speaker to write your content. As soon as I landed on your home page I notced some gramar mistakes which would put off anyone looking for an SEO service.

Keep creating that content. The site design isn't that bad, a little cluttered, just emphasize call to action and make contact info as visible as possible.
    Keep on Keepin' on.

    Hi SEOwala2010

Your site looks good in general, but it will look better without those red lines. It makes it look dirtier, you should try a gray color or any other good match.
The paragraphs need some padding and line spacing.

    Good luck :)

I think you did a good job. I personally would move the "Free Quote" box up to the top, and push the services beneath it. This way you are better ensuring that people who land here and are looking for a quote or whatever see the "free quote" box before the fold. Also, another thought would be to make sure you are including or building into each page a clear call to action.
