i want send money from India to Philippine but its a small amount $ 130...or ....7000 Indian rupees
western union transfer told me its a small amount we send more then 1000$
what can i do please suggeste me ....

I have lots of experience sending money internationally. I found that paypal is usually the best way to go! If you have a bank linked to your paypal account in your home country, and also your receiver has a paypal account in his country, you could send it that way. That's how I did it about a year and a half ago.. but I'm not sure if paypal's rules have changed.

PayPal is best option but you need to add Credit/Debit Card in your Account

 

I think send money with paypal business account more effective , fast payment and will protect your business, You just add Credit Card in your Account.

 

If paypal is not doable in you case, perhaps Payza or Moneybookers/Skrill will work. Or perhaps a bank cash deposit, if both parties can access the same bank.
