I recently switched to Wordpress from Blogger. After I switched all the url had domain.com/index.php/blog-post/date. I have now removed the Index.php from my URL completely, but my pages with index.php was been indexed in Google when and it now shows error in Google Webmaster Tool. If I enter a request to remove the URL domain.com/index.php from Google Index will it also remove the domain.com?

I want to confirm this before I enter it for removal? Also if I enter domain.com/index.php for removal, all the internal URL of post & archive with index.php will also be removed from the Google index?

You have to remove these pages manually from the search index by submitting the URLs to the Google removal tool in Google webmaster tools.

This is the only way of removing pages from Google's index.

Thanks for the answers... they are now been removed... but it is strange to see that Google takes so long to update the webmaster data.

The best and easiest way will be by requesting to remove it using Google webmasters tools.
