If I buy a domain name specifically for Parking, to generate revenue, What are the factors I should keep on my mind?

    - Should I consider the .net ,.org, .info tlds? I know that .com is the best but I am getting so many keywords with .net ,.org and .info extensions

-Which TLD is the best for Parking?

    - What should be minimum search results at google for the selected keyword?

-What should be minimum global and local search volume at adwords?

-Please mention if there are some other factors which I need to consider.

    Regards
    Fazal

I'd only do .com and perhaps consider .net or .org if it's a great one-word or two-word domain

people have the tendency to type .com instead of .net or .org so the .net/.org ones won't be getting as much views as the .com ones.

minimum search results? you'll want your traffic to be mostly type-ins if possible.

My advice is to try to get a dropped domain with good traffic and park it.

My advice above is only for domain parking. With other purposes, there are certainly alternate extensions.
