social networking, seo, generating buzz... there's tons of ways. I'd work on SEO first, then social networking (stumbleupon.com digg.com blogengage.com etc.), adding something creative on the site... there's no one set way of getting traffic, you just need to do what you can to spread the word about your site. forum signature links, etc.
ok thx for the advice an ur time...oh yeh did you check the site??? are the adds placed in the right spots??? Also was wondering if i had the right ammount of adds on???
They say these type of websites with just video are not great money makers. Atleast you know you can get some clicks so if you can multiply your traffic the revenue should increase. Start by writing some content the search engines can read. Write some reviews and other stuff about each show. Ideally research each show to determine the keywords people use when they are looking for the information you are about to write. Put some kind of subtle sales copy in the reviews that will start people's thought processes about clicking the ads. Once you have traffic do a/b split tests on ad positition, style and layout. Always keep looking for your adsense alternative/supplement. Most importantly read these forums from cover to cover.

Its me again! If you look in the Freebies section on DP, you can find a lot of Digg/StumbleUpon Exchanges. I recommend doing some of these. I made a thread there about an Autoblog Software that can get you 1000+ backlinks. Try and find that thread.
