    Hi i want to advertise in bing ads and when i want to verified with my payoneer credit card i got an error ,for paypal i don't have a US account. anyone have an idea to activate my bing ads ?

    you dont need a Paypal US account.
    you can use your Paypal account to activate the Bing Ads account.

    I tried my paypal and my payoneer master card and he didn't work
    i contact him and he said me "we don't accept paypal non US and the payoneer credit card"
