But my knowledges are useful only in Russia and you know that we are not so progressive in that as you. I know all about optimization (it is like as Russian optimization) but I don't know where and what I can registred and buy for my site. Where I can find good blogs, catalogs? I know that links are not good for Google. And how I can predict value of all Search Engine Optimization? Thanks for everybody who will answer me!
In my knowledge, seo is process to improve keywords ranking in SERP with google organic search. u registered for blog go to blogspot, wordpress, squidoo, hubpages and tumbler. After created blog then promote the blog with blog submission, and comments and posting.
If you have some basic seo optimization experience for Russian markets then moving to an english speaking markets should be quite easy. There are lots of free sites to register your blogs, social bookmarking tools and so on. Building backlinks is also a whole lot easier simply because of the large number of english based websites.
but I don't know what free sites are good... I can spend a lot of time for searching... Our Russian people give some of it but not many... only about 5-10 ((( Other people offer to register site in different English catalogs for money... Do you have that experience?

Social bookmarks: Stick with these for now: digg, reddit, stumbleupon, clipmarks, delicious - Make sure to bookmark your articles whenever you publish them Free blogs: blog.com, blogger.com wordpress.com livejournal.com posterous, multiply - Use these sites to make a 2nd tier of websites and link them to your articles or main money site Indexing: Google for 'fast indexing service' or 'free indexing service' or 'free backlinks service'. Find a few sites and submit your URL's. Use your website's rss feed. Go to pinggoat.com, pingfarm and/or google for 'free pinging tools' and submit your rss feeds Make use of Google/Bing/Yahoo webmaster tools to submit/verify your site and also to submit your sitemaps. Use ezinearticles, articlesbase, goarticles, buzzle.com to submit articles with backlinks to your site. And of course, dont forget to create unique and informative articles. Do the above for a few weeks and once your site is indexed and is ranking (doesn't matter if its top 10 or not) then you can start purchasing seo services to boost your search positions. There are free websites that can help you in your SEO work. But I suggested you create strong link building techniques targeting the keywords you want to rank well for in the search engines. There are high PR blogs that you can post a comment to. Also create unique, good content articles and distribute them to article directories. Distributing unique content with your site's links in it will get it noticed by the search engines.
Who can explain me about nofollow and dofollow links? Which other determinations do you have? It's so difficult for Russian to understand you in some posts )))
Google sees both dofollow and nofollow links, but as far as PR concerns only dofollow backlinks counts. So I would advise you to go for dofollow backlinks.
