Help fixing my layout

I've been working on a new layout, but I've run into a couple of problems. The site looks fine in IE, but in Opera & Firefox it looks pretty bad. Would someone mind taking a look at it and giving me some tips?

    Thanks.

BTW - I know I have like 73 errors with the W3 Validator, but none of those errors look like they'd cause the issues that show up on Opera & Firefox.

I would first fix all errors, it will make it much easier to track down the remaining layout problems. Also I would use Flash for playing movies/audio instead of Windows Media Player 11 (which not everyone has).

The majority of validation errors I saw were paragraphs inside h3 tags (you can't have block elements inside headings) and repeated IDs (you can only use an ID once per page).

or upload vids to you tube and then add those to your blog, you will get back links from them

it's actually a live stream audio show that's playing on that player...

and then for the repeated id's, with wordpress i'm trying to have it show a certain number of "articles" but the loop automatically outputs an extra blank <div> for some odd reason.

Also, I don't know why Wordpress automatically puts in a <p> for every paragraph that I have... I'm trying to get rid of that to fix the <p> inside of a block error I get.

I've gotten down to 24 errors which I won't be able to fix because they are related to the SEO URL's for my Forum posts, but my Middle <DIV> still extends past the "Container" in Firefox and Opera. Also I just noticed that in both browsers, the page is aligned to the left but it's centered in IE.

    Any tips? Thanks...
