Help fixing FTP transfer

    I just recently purchased a dedicated server and had all my websites transfered from the old host there. Only problem is something happened with the FTP files and I am not able to access them. This is obviously causing me a big problem. I am needing someone who would be able to help me fix the problem since the original person is not responding to emails anymore.
