I need the theme to display a small image preview that can be rate or could someone tell me how it is was done Thank you!
Is that a Wordpress blog ?? Well , i think similar themes are available but you need some kind of scripting to accept ,display and preview templates.

As I know , cssvault.com is one of the top css tutor/gallery sites . There are no similar theme like that unless you make it yourself or you buy from other people .
