Help filling adsense form

I am having problem in filling the adsense form.
i am from india but when i fill state=maharashtra and Zip=400703, I am getting this error

 

LOL.. and why you want to enter a US zip for an Indian province? Change the country bummer.

 

you mean country dropdown menu.
i already selected India there

 

i think you can post full page Screen shot ..
It seems US was selected as Country .

 

OK, I just created an account for you.. Not sure where did you go wrong but I don't have any problem...

 

Thanks for your effort but now i found the pronlem. I had disabled javascript in my browser thats why it was not functioning properly.

Google will not recognize that zip code because you select US but the zip code is in India.

 

after filling maharastra hit "enter" button. then fill up zip
