Hello, today Facebook has removed my account which is the admin on big page, i only have some acounts which are content creators. How can I get back my admin on the page ? And how can i contatct the Facebook ? ..
Hi, In this particular situation, the best way would be to contact facebook and explain them the issue. They suck at customer service and you will wait around 1-2 weeks to get a reply. How to contact them: Go to the Help Center. You can find this option by clicking on the settings gear on the top right hand side of your home page and clicking on the option at the very bottom, "Visit Help Center."At the bottom of every page—either under the ads or in the footer—you will see a set of links. This is why you should always have 2 account managers on every fb page. I hope this will help.
First thing to do with any page is to make sure there are atleast 2 admins - even if one is your Mum and she'll never do anything. That way if you lose one account you will have another that can promote your new account to admin.
Hello, I've experienced this one. I believe it was because of this reason. I was adding inviting friends with the page itself and the the account. My other guess is probably because Facebook thought it was a spammy account. Well, it was a new account created for the page itself since I don't want to make my personal account as admin. I also sent report but Facebook didn't reply. In the end, I just use my personal account. Even until now, no reply from Facebook. Just make sure you don't add/invite friends using the page.
