Hello all, Like many of you, I used to have EzineArticles integrated in all my SEO efforts. Until the end of Feb, when they got a huge slap from Google, it used to work perfectly. I have over 2000 articles spread through 5 accounts, and I've only had 4 articles get rejected amongst all those submissions. From the last 10 articles that I submitted about two weeks ago, I got 8 rejections. I then took the time to edit the articles personally and add a lot of useful info, but nothing... 7 of them got rejected for a second time. It's obviously not working anymore. Out of all the article directories, EA was the best. I submit to a few others, but none of them have such an effect. So, can you recommend any other article directories that are as good as EA or even close to that? Don't just list a bunch of popular directories - please just reply if you know what I am talking about and you actually know of a directory that could take the place of EA. The same question goes for Web 2.0 properties. While I haven't seen any of them go ballistic just yet, I would like to be ready. At the moment, I think the best one is Hubpages. After that, I use blogspot and squidoo. Any other ideas? Any Web 2.0 platforms that actually get indexed quickly and rank decent? Thanks in advance!
2000!? Wow, why don't you write content for your website, and if it's good, the links will come naturally. This is how Matt Cutts, and thousands of other people suggest doing. If it's done right who knows the success you could have.
I have more than 2000 on my sites... but we need to market somehow or else nobody will get a chance to read them. Please stick to the point - this thread could serve as a guideline for all of us in this new age of SEO.
