Help editing theme of MMORPG game

    The link is http://risetothetop.x10.mx/ and like the title says id like to change it, but I cant fix the problem AT ALL!
    Ive edited the CSS file so many times and nothing changes, if I delete something it works, but if I replace something it wont change it'll go back to normal, help please!

    Id like to change the theme like the design of it, you see the black box and the red background, I want to remove all of that and add my own stuff, as well as inside the game, register if youd like so you can see what it looks like
