Help editing flash template... tutorials?

    I have a flash template I'd like to edit, but I'm fairly a noob at flash, haven't done it for a long time.

    So I downloaded the CS4 trial, opened the swf file, but now I'm lost...

    Anyone know a good tutorial? I'm sure once I get going, it won't be too difficult... or at least I can figure it out.

    you need to open the fla file, not the swf file.
