Help! e-gold PIN is not being sent, i cannot login!

    I am still having problems with my egold from this thread. Now when i try to login, i dont get the message that says my account is frozen anymore. However, now instead i get a message saying it requires my PIN to login:

    "
    AccSent one-time PIN challenge
    A change has been detected in your IP address and/or browser based on Account Sentinel's browser access settings for your e-gold account. A one-time PIN has been sent to your e-mail address of record. Entry of that PIN is required before account access will be allowed from your current IP address and browser."

    It has been saying that for the past 2 weeks or so. I keep trying to login and checking my email, not once have I gotten the PIN. In the past i had gotten the PIN perfectly fine, and for sure it is the right email address that I am checking.

    So basically, since I cant get the pin, I cant login. I emailed egold, but got no response. What is the best time to call them?

    Some people have suggested logining in 10 times in a few minutes and eventually it sends it, i even tried that and no dice.

    Or, is there a program that can brute force it, and try every combination of the PIN so i can eventually login? (i have account number and password so it should go much quicker)

    May be someone hacked ur egold account and changed email id?

    Is there any option where u can see ur current email id associated with egold?

    Try e-mailing again, everytime I e-mail them it works.
    Don't try bruteforcing, if they catch you doing that, you will be banned and no possibilities to get your account back.
    Make sure you check other e-mails, and check your spam and junk folders, because once the pin was sent to the junk folder of my e-mail.

    nah dude they could not have hacked it, egold sends you an email to both email accounts every time you change an email

    besides, no hacker would be that stupid to hack me, change email address, and not change password, so only PIN prevents me from logging in.

    its not in junk/bulk, ive checked that a lot

    I have sent them multiple emails, no response. Today they left a message on my phone, unfortunately i was not there to answer it, and they dont answer their phones when I call them. Ugh.
