Help: Dropdown Menu Bar

I am working on a site, jobkatif.org.il
In FF the dropdown menu bar works fine but in ie6 AND IE7 it gets totally messed up or doesnt work at all.
Can someone me with this?

In IE6 and IE7 it worked for you?
The first three tabs from the right are supposed to have dropdowns and they are not working for me. (on the hebrew site not the english again www.jobkatif.org.il)

 

search for suckerfish ? This article has the solution for your problem

 

Don't have IE6, only IE7 (worked fine)

 

I believe its already using suckerfish, what do you suggest?
