Okay so i am starting a network of sites and at the top of each site i need there to be a bar that includes a drop down window, when you click on of the options it redirects you to that site. I have seen it around somewhere but i cannot find were. I need this asap so if you know were i can find it OR if you can code one that would be great. I am willing to pay but a small amount. My old coder told me it has to do with iframes and such...anyways i can provide an example.

umm no. I mean yea its a drop down menu but thats not the whole thing. I need there to be a bar ontop of the site and in that bar that goes all around the site. And inside the bar there needs to be a dropdown menu? Can anyone make this?? Ill pay.
Do you want it to be a drop down menu as per the example above (ie a form element) or a drop down menu as per the "quick links" at the top of this forum?
i found an example! http://www.dubayou.com/ has one at the top except theres looks umm not to good. But thats the overall what i want. Its at the complete top. Just the networks thing.
