    If by comments, you mean reply to a thread there, you should be able to. What error do you get?

    You must be established members to have the permission to create threads under buy, sell and trade but I am unsure if you have the permission to reply to some threads under buy, sell and trade which I'll leave that to somebody else to answer but I do know you'd have to be established member to create the threads under buy, sell and trade nonetheless.
