I am trying to figure out what script this is or a similar one to it, any help is much appreciated. Basically people can submit deals and the rates and quantity and vote on it and comment etc. http://gun-deals.com/ammo is the site and please let me know if you recognize this.
Nothing in the source code reveals what script it is - do you know for sure that it is a generic script, and not custom made?
Most of the script pieces are not visible in the source code - they are referenced by filename. You'd have to ask the webmaster there about it.
