You should try the solicitation section of this forum. There are list of directories announced in previous months on this forum. Most of the directory owners are active and are likely to review submissions fast.
Directorycritic and Infovilesilencer are good resources for directories. They update their list daily and sometimes weekly.

Thanks for the list friends, but majorly I have seen directory sites with .info extention, they approve fast but I don't find quality there. So should we go for.info directories even though they are quality?
