    Hi everyone,

I'm putting together a proposal for a client who wants a start a PPC campaign. The agency I work for normally charges by the hour. Is it better to charge by the hour or charge a setup flat fee? There budget is only 1500 so charging 15% of that won't yield a large return for us. Do you guys have any baseline setup cost that are good. Thank you, I look forward you read your feedback.

We usually do 15% or a minimum of $300 whichever is higher, this way you can take on lower budget accounts as well while being compensated for your time

What I would use to do is waive the setup fee, if they commit to an up front payment of 6 months campaign management fee. Otherwise I would say that $1000 is minimum for a quality Google Ads setup.
