If you want my honest opinion, i don't think its a good ad...

Its bland and doesn't contain any interesting info... Its average at best.

Let me give you some insight on a better text ad.

Headline - should contain the keyword and possible and qualifier such as alert, buy, sale and etc...

Description Line 1 - Should say what quality do you bring to the market or what your offering for their search term

Description Line 2 - Should contain a call to action or what you want the visitor today

You want the ad to pre qualify your visitor so you are only paying for clicks for visitors truely interested in your product. You can write very generic ads for the sole purpose of CTR, but the quality of the lead goes down and CPL will usually be higher

Here look... I did a search and I found this ad, which I feel is written very well, it contains all the recommended information. I have bolded the most important factors of the ad so you can see the focus points.

You should blend it in better.
For your ad title and perhaps url as well, use the same color as the "WELCOME" text on your site.
For the ad text, use the same color as your content text on your site.
