Help deciding what I might do with my site.

I just purchased the domain http://www.physioscene.com
Originally, I was going to use it for my blog about going through college to become a physical therapist assistant. I'm still planning on writing a blog. Here's the question...

Should I use my main domain as my blog's URL or should i make a subdomain such as blog.physioscene.com in case I end up wanting to open up a site maybe regarding physical type products.. or any other reason actually.

My thinking is if I let my blog just stay on the original domain and then find out I have an idea to use it for something else as well later on, i'd make the subdomain for my blog. But wouldn't that severely hurt my traffic driven to my blog and possibly drive readers away?

Any input on this? It's greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You should use your main domain for your blog. physioscene.com/blog that way you get the most google juice for your domain.

As quangvan said, it would be best having a sub-folder (/blog)
