Help CSS Problem - Area of Page UnClickablable or Typable

    It is the weirdest thing I've ever seen. On pages that are created from templates, the Top Part of My Pages Cannot Be Clicked on, or Text Selected or Form Filled out - Like There is an invisible shield preventing me from doing anything - For example, on this page :

    http://www.allgraphicdesign.com/proofs.html

    In the Blue Boxes Where it says Graphic Design Templates, Search Design Schools ... this section isn't clickable or anything ... like there is an invisible shield.

    The HTML is too long to post here ... you can just view source or let me know how you want me to post it.

    Please help if you can or give me a clue as to what could be going wrong.

    It looks fixed but I noticed all your backgrounds behind the images are a different shade.
