Help Creating Youtube Video

I am new into video marketing and I would like to make an video about my website.

How do I do that?

I need to know how to do it without the video camera... it's has to be some kind of software to show the web pages, browsing the site, they even highlight the arrow. how to do that?

To be honest, this is not something that you need to pay for. I feel bad that people are actually trying to solicit you to pay them to do this.

If you do not have a video camera, you can upload pictures and manage them in a way to create a video feel. Use your own creativity and play around with it for awhile before you pay someone to take 20 minutes to make you a video they would charge you $100 to make.
