My Spanish grandfather has a blog about Antoni Gaudi www.antonigaudi.org and he's recently written a book. He would like to be able to sell through paypal on his website. Being the good grandson that I am I said I would try and have a go. I've fallen at the first hurdle though and can't figure out how to edit the site that he has.

He's given me his password which goes through to the gestor section (admin I assume in English). I can see this http://puu.sh/o5LXT/efb4e4ea8a.png . How would I go about editing the site more than what is on offer there?

Apologies for the very beginner question.

Thanks for reading and any help is much appreciated.

Probably not - or, rather, to make changes, you'll have to edit the actual files. Checking the site on builtwith.com and whatcms.org returns nothing of value, so even though it seems it has some sort of CMS-features, it's not built with anything well-known (like Wordpress, blogger or similar). Nor does it use any known framework.
Depending on how it's built, you'll probably be able to create a buy-page with Paypal's API, but depending on your knowledge, that might be a bit hard for you to do. If you don't want to hire anyone, I would perhaps look into setting up the site with Wordpress instead, and install for instance a form-with-Paypal-option where you can have people fill out their info and then be sent to Paypal for payment. That will probably be a lot easier for you.
