So I am a web design noob. I have a site thats in php and its REAL foreign to me. The site was created from a script (as I assume lots of php sites are). And its a simple site (MY SITE)

I want to add an opt in form from my new Aweber service to start collecting names and emails from visitors. BUT I cant find any .php file (portion of the site) that isnt used on every page, meaning if I attach my opt in script to any page it will appear over and over again thereby frustrating the viewer.

How do I alter the script so that it only pops up once per visit if I cant place it in a .php portion of the site that is unique to a single page ? Is there a piece of code that I can attach to the optin script that will keep it to once per visit or something like that ?

Good charma comes from helping the noobs :D
