I am trying to use the CPALead widget on my site and it appears but it is completely frozen, grayed out, nothing is clickable. Does anyone here use the CPALead Gateway Widget? Can I post a link to the test page that I am working with to show what it is doing? I don't want to get banned over it! Wondering if it's a Joomla thing and looking for any advice!! Thanks!! Rachel
Nobody using the cpalead gateway widget on a joomla site? I've tried using Jumi but I get the same result there. I am using MooPopUp to test it out right now but that setup isn't working very smoothly and doesn't load at all in firefox. I see a lot of potential with this tool but I can't pursue that path if I can't get it to work on my site and I am bummed!
I am sorry I only use my widgets on Wordpress sites, there is a plugin made by CPALead to easy manage the widget there. You might want to ask this question in the official CPALead thread on this forum or pm CPALeadTroy, he will be able to answer this.
I will give it a try.. I asked my AM who asked me to fill out a support ticket and all they told me is that there is bad CSS on my page I don't want to redo my whole page but I need to find a way to monetize this site so I am actually debating a swich to wordpress.
I don't know if the OP is still in need of the help, I'd think he's sorted it already but just in case others have the same problem I'll explain how it is done. To apply a gateway to your whole site (no matter the landing page the user will be prompted with the survey) go to "Extensions manager" in the administration area(Back-end), Go to "Template Manager", then "Edit HTML" and add the entire code right before the </head> tag To apply the gateway to individual pages simply go to "Modules", then "New", Then "Custom" and add the code into the html box. Then place that module on the page you desire the gateway to appear. Or You can Add the code to the html of an article and save it.
