HELP !!! Claiming the expired domain

    Hello Freinds,

I had a domain earlier that expired in July'2009, due to some mis-communication from my domain-provider.

It was brought into my notice when even the 30 days redemption period was over. Right now eNOM holds this domain.

My provider has given a clear signal from their side to have this domain pushed to any provider.

I also tried contacting on the e-mail, that got my domain registered. But no response from their side.

I thought of opting for GoDaddy domain buy agent. But even they were not able to clearly state when can they expect my domain to be available. Right now the expiry of this domain is set to July'2010.

Can you please suggest on how I can re-claim the same, if the domain happens to be renewed by the eNOM again ?

All your valuable suggestions will be highly welcomed. Appreciate your help on the same.

    Thanks and regards,
    Rohan

Hello Frobber, thanks a lot for the help.
This was a good piece of information. I'll try this.

Has anyone good idea on GoDaddy's Domain Buy Agent service ?
It will be great, if someone can provide the feedback on the same.

Also, what should help me out for a speedy resolution ?

use pool , snap or godaddy backorder service to get the name

I would suggest to register backorder right now with pool.com or namejet.com (I would suggest namejet.com), and also don't go with Godaddy backorder services, they won't be able to get your domain name successfully.

don't count on godaddy backorder service. try pool or snapnames you will get more chance garbing it.
