    hi to all
we are a big free file hosting network and pay our affiliates by PayPal
since a few weeks we are getting many requests that add some other payment options too
and we also have in mind that most of the requests are coming from Egypt
so suggest us a payment processor that works for Egypt India and Pakistan too

If you are willing to pay your affiliates, the payment gateway of choice in Arabic countries is Western Union.

i use paypal primarily but also use alertpay and obopay and have never had issues with either of the alternatives. i have had a few times my paypal was limited but it just involved a phone call. however i have heard horror stories about paypal cancelling accounts with tons of money in it, so i rarely keep very much income in the account, and have the other two as backups.

Actually, on my previous answer I wrote about moneybookers, but when I saw that you wanted to send money and not receive money I edited my post and suggested Western Union instead, anyways, check this:

    Western Union or MoneyGram:
+ Available in almost every 1 km² in Arabic countries
    + Instant Delivery to payees
+ No need to have a bank a/c, just a identity card
    - You pay higher transfer fees unless you want the payee to pay them ((
    - Requires more work transferring money and sending transfer codes to payees.

    MoneyBookers
    + Available to anyone
+ Easy verification (address verification: they send a code by mail that you enter on your account)
    + Instant delivery
+ Almost no fees (1% but not more than $0.50 or €0.63)
    - Payees must have a bank account to withdraw ((... ((...
    - Arabic banks are slow to process international transfer

    Cheques
    + Probably the lowest fees
    - You do all the job
    - Arabic banks are slow to process international transfer
