Help choosing a rental server package (dual Xeon vs. Q6600)

    4x 1GB DDR2 667 EEC Kingstom


    vs.

    1x Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz
    2x 400GB HDD
    8x 1GB DDR2 667 EEC Kingstom


    Both are: 100Mbit/Unmetered/129.99 Eur/mo

    Either way, they will be MySQL/PHP/IIS servers running Windows 2003

    The price is identical, which is the better server? Also, is this a good deal?
