    I like each one of them here is my opinion:
    #1 : Is nice and clean but the leafs at the end of the k in my opinion are kinda bleh cheesy. And also the #1 the font and the color combo is nice.
    #2: Is very clean and I like it and the leaf actually doesn't look bad on the T but... the arrow and the .uk I don't like the arrow I don't understand the point and people will look and might be like me and wonder what the arrow is for, The k the reason is it doesn't look like a k so makes it look unclean.
    #3 nope don't like the colors or the fonts at all and way too much going on.
    #4 would be my pic, but don't like the V because the design took away the v if the v was fixed number 4 definitely. It is clean has a nice feel to it. Well I am still looking at 4 lol the v could work and I saw the G same thing too much of a g but I think that makes the whole image unique so leave it and I would pick 4. 2nd runner up would be #1 get rid of the leafs just doesn't make it look as clean. Just my opinion hope I helped.

    Sorry to dissapoint you but none of the above are 100% pleasing to the eye, however if you had to pick one then it would be the fourth one even though the second half of the logo, the part where it reads "growing", looks like it has the wrong font.

    You really should consider something else if you want a professional looking logo, you can easily tell these are 50 dollar logos.

    Please dont take it personally, but none of the logos are nice. I checked your website, and it looks clean and pleasant. I think you need more professional, simple looking logo more than a cheap web 2.0 logo.

    I hope you understand my feedback. :)
