Help : Cant access with www prefix

    I have a domain http://scjp.in which can be accessed without www. Right now it wil show "FORBIDDEN"
    but when I try to access http://www.scjp.in browser says address not found.

    Any help?

    Hi,

    The A records for your domain look fine but it appears that your NS records are screwed up.

    http://intodns.com/scjp.in

    Basically your authoritative name-servers are not included in the zone file and a different set of name-servers are listed.

    Authoritative:

    ns5.lacehost.com
    ns6.lacehost.com

    Zone file:

    ns1.lacehost.com
    ns2.lacehost.com

    Have your host update your name-servers in your zone to match the authoritative ones.
