Don't use images to represent text -- in web design, that is a NO-NO from the start. Use an image as background and then add text to the div containing the image. Use headings -- at least h1 and h2. Pick 3-4 colors, out of which one is for links, and stick to them -- otherwise you'll end up with a rainbow with no personality type of site. Carefully select the external links of every page -- if you have too many external links on your page, the visitor will leave your site, thus causing you to earn 0 in profits.
You have two broken image links on http://thebesttraffictools.com This is very bad for seo. You also have another banner at the bottom that only loads part of the image. I'm not a big fan of your color choices either. Another thing you want to keep in mind is which elements on the page draw your eye. It is good that your Google ads draw some attention. It is not so good that so much attention is drawn to the header due to the color choices.
add some on link hover effect. like if someone hovers on the links, the color changes. for example, try adding this code in <head></head> section : <style type="text/css"> a:link {text-decoration: none} a:visited {text-decoration: none; color: orange;} a:hover {text-decoration: underline; color: red;} </style> And see the effect for urself also why don't u use simple html links like <a href="site url">site title</a>
