Help, Campaigns died.

    Hi,

I have some site targeted campaigns that have been running for months. I cleared the riff raff out of them a couple days ago. There were many sites that had a lot of impressions with zero - horrible ctr.

I paused these sites. They could not have been a benefit in any way.

Now the total impressions I'm receiving has died. Every one of the remaining "good" sites isn't giving me impressions any more.

I guess I triggered a quality score update or something? Is it going to come back? Or did I just mess up those campaigns entirely?

If you have edited your ads or changed the campaign geotargeting configuration (I don't know if this is your case), your ads has been sent to review queue again.

Now you need to wait about 5 business days to your ads get reviewed and you get impressions again.

What? FIVE business days? Are you serious? It usually takes about 3-5 hours to review the ads.

No, ads do not need to be reviewed for search network.

But it will take about 5 business days to receive impressions on Content network due they are not displayed there until get reviewed.

I suggest to wait for one week, even if no impression comes in. Pause the campaign & create new campaign. Initially bid high to get quality score. Once you get few impressions and you ad get quality score, minimize bid by 10-20%.
