Help Blocking Websites

I have a small business and my employees are jacking up the computers. Adult enhancements, porn, porn, and you guessed it porn are infecting the OS. Instead of having them wear out their little tools everyday in front of unproductive websites I'd like to be responsible for raining on their parade and putting an end to it.

Without spending money, is there a way for me to make only 4 or 5 websites of my choice accessible?

Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance for your time.

block via firewall filters like schools did and set cookie levels high (unchangeable by employees)
or set firewall (depend on which one) to block all access except specified sites.

yep block via firewall, however if you were to spend money send it on a hardware firewall or traffic filterer. Those are nice.
