    Almost 99% cant recover their a/c after getting banned. What the mail did google forward to you?

    What's the reason in your mail which they have sent. Reason may be regarding duplication content if panda affects you. Is there any word in your blog which hate by Google Adsense algorithm. Provide your site link so we can see atleast and tell you the right suggestion.

    Try phoning them and discussing it with them. They take phone calls a lot more seriously than general emails.

    Yea as one mentioned there is a very small chance of your account getting recovered. You can try to contact them by sending an appeal (why not try). But yea, get ready to move on, maybe seek an alternative or try to make a new account under another IP/Bussiness/name etc.

    Better use Clickbank,Amazon rather than Adsense.There are no problems in Clickbank and Amazon rather than Adsense who bans for no reason :)

    If you feel you are not in violation. you better contact the adsense and appeal ....But, if you feel you are in violation ,,,,,,forget it....and keep spirit.
