    I thinks so. If add more backlinks then Google ban website, competitors will kill each others.

    How many inbound links is too many, I try to aim for 5-10 links a day is this too many?
    Also I have a blog that has a site wide link back to my site is this a bad idea

    We received our PR back 3 months after the ban. Site is still not reindexed. I believe that Google put it back into a sandbox state. Another month it should be released
