Help anyone know how to make this redirect url

anyone know how to write a script on this website

http://www.analogstereo.com/pdf/om/manualowner.pdf

and if you change manualowner.pdf become 1234.pdf or hahaha.doc or hehehe.mp3 or whatever you write in this url will be redirect to one page if this use htaccess or php? please help

 

Can be done in .htaccess (wouldn't be much use of php here), refer to http://corz.org/serv/tricks/htaccess2.php
