    that i can add a code to my site and he show offer on every visit by ip location automatically

    i know perfecttracking.com but didnt get accept there

    why not making your own gateway .. i know some programmers who are expert in this citeria . but yes will cost you high at setup but once you are done it will work for ever..

    Product from other CPA network which has no gateway... code is only to create your own gateway if I am right...

    So if you have this than you can use CJ or shareasale and many others...
