Someone in Canada using Google will have 3 methods of searching, i.e. they can use:
    1) google.com
    2) google.ca
    3) google.ca (pages from Canada)

If I was running an Adwords campaign, can I determine the visits and keywords from each of the seperate option above? Thanks.

If you're using StatCounter.com web tracker you can get a pretty good idea of what "version" of Google people are using + you get the exact search query (keywords).

You can track conversions of keywords, but you can't find where the visitors exactly come from.
