    Probably yes.. but if you got luck with ads that only count revenue by impression, you still got the money...

    to commercial your website, of course you must promote it.. for example by build link building, blog comment, or other ways.. maybe the expert can tell much details..?!

    yes some adsense publishers pay by impressions but from my experience earnings are higher from actual clicks

    then you should work on getting higher quality traffic instead of leeching off from impression money
