I was banned once for using a site that people from school were clicking the ads on out of spite...

So I got banned. Now, I am trying to get my own account again, and it is a tough road. I had my father get an account, and they let him in, so I put those ads back on the site (this was a few years later). They later took those off after I had made over 100 bucks the first month.

So I have given up on that site, and just use it for pr3 backlink sales revenue.

However, my main site is a very legit apartments website and I have to use a friends adsense account for it. This sucks because now they have to write a 1099 every year for taxes to me, and wait for them each month to pay me.

Does anyone know if it is actually possible to get reaccepted into adsense if you have been previously banned... even if you dont want to use that banned site any more?

@ robster - why did you post that in my thread?
    My website/account wasn't banned.
My application was rejected. I think it's а much different story.

    no worries ...

My application was rejected also, so my question is the same, how can I get accepted ... Just my background is different. We really dont need 1000 'different' threads about this with just a few replies each when the overall goal is the same, am I right?

If not, sorry for infringing on your thread

    OK, here is the situation:

    3-4 days, 2 emails = no response :(
A friend of mine is willing to share his AdSense account that he got with a blogger.com blog with me.

    What should I do now?
I wrote some new content, and made some slight changes to my previously rejected website.
Should I put AdSense or it's 100% certainly that they will ban me?
Or as long as no fraud clicks etc. happen they wont care about my website and I could run AdSense on it without worries?

    Please any advice is welcome!
