I am new to adding plugins to Wordpress and have been looking for the best plugin, but it has to be easy to install and use also. It all gets a bit confusing for a newbie and I wonder if Adsense Manager goes along with one of the above plugins or if it is an option on its own? Anyway, my research points to All in One or the Deluxe plugin being most popular, but which would you recommend? What are the advantages of using either of the aforementioned plugins? and ; How easy will they be to get up and running for someone who is still trying to figure out what php is? Thanks
