Help adding a simple shadow border?

    Could anyone tell me how I could set up a very simple shadow border, like the one used on this site: www.bummarketingmethod.com/

    I have tried taking the html and then copying the pic of the shadow but it doesnt work and when I tried to save it as a complete webpage but the border doesnt display properly.

    the border shadow picture is difined in the CSS file as a background
