    I'm new on WordPress and I'm just started my blog by using Wise theme..
    I want to ask you if is possible to make this plugin ( cform ) showing on home page, like this site..
    and this is my blog

    Hi,

    I haven't used cform for having a contact page in a homepage, but using Fast secure contact form or Contact7 is easier, just copy and paste the shortcode in your "text" widget in put it on your sidebar..
