Help about WP plugins

Guys im quite a newbie in this blogging industry.. I have a blog www.kojakfull.com but theres no plugins installed.. can you help me guys whats the best plugins to be installed on a successful blog.

I mean they have plugins for just about anything. For instance, if you plan to do podcasting, you may want to look at some podcasting plugins. If you want to keep it basic, Akismet is a must to eliminate spam. If you want to have javascript ads in a post, you will need more plugins. Get it?

 

i just installed askimet and works great.. my target in my blog is traffic from search engines.. what is the plugin that theres a digg button on a blogpost.. ?
