Hello i registered a domain name at idotz.net I want to register a .in so i went there.. After registering there are serious issue that i can't access the domain manager or etc... They said me to update the whois at the time of registration.. For the purpose of maintaining privacy. I putten there false info or fake info. Than i received a email stating that u should change the whois record soon But i am not able to do that why here is the screen shot http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/4929/ursystemproblemfd2.jpg Dear Sirs, I have to put the state N/A because it really not available Also i putted phone number fake to not get any stupid calls. Now I want to know how can i get back the domain ? I do not want the refund.. But will they make it publicly available soon... I want to know that where to report for resolve this type of problem.. After contacting them several time they just say.... Not our issue What is this... Please explain guys Also would like to say It was not 24hour time YET...As they promissed me.. How can they do that they disabled or I am not able to login or to change my whois till now... I Just want to know 1) In this type of case how will i get the domain back (via New registration) 2) Who is the current owner now Is there is any way out..
After all they gave my domain Back to me.. Replied Very late.. Sorry.. Their system was faulty so i can't update it..But they gave me the chance again Thx for the Help.. I didn't called them..Just bombarded them with emails, And Tickets...
