    I'm assuming you're trying to ask about a program that can take facial cues and transform them into a command of some sort? If you are, why are you asking in the PHP forum?
    And do you want to make such a program, or do you want such a program? If it's the first, forget about it. You don't have even 10% of the skill needed to build something like that. If you're asking for a program that can do this, unfortunately I can't help you, but these types of programs are usually limited to medical aid providers, and they're all specially crafted for each individual user.
